Siemens is a great place to work. The company policies are well defined and there is lot of opportunities to learn. During covid period, there is opportunity for working from home and it is not mandatory to go office five days in a week.

The compensation at Siemens is not up to the mark. There may be a chance that your peers are working for higher salary for the same job position. It is quite common for the managers to do micro-management i.e. they try to know how you spend each and every hours during your working hours.

Mostly the compensation and benefits part. Meagre rise in salaries even after YoY/QoQ of stellar financial performance since the past year and a half.
