Company brand is good .

Dislikes

Top management capability , very poor performance from top management . No clarity on future , customer handling approach is very poor ,no systematic approach , all the decesion are single hand decesion , no team work approach . No respect for the intelligence , honesty and out of box thinking . Even though it is private Ltd company , decesion are taken like owner base company . Not a good company to work long term

I have worked with this company. MNC culture and free hand in department decession. Co ordination with top management and Italy team was much satisfying. Miss to continue with this opportunity because it was sold out to one Indian company.
