No growth for employees, growth only for purchase managers only

Dislikes

Cutting salary unevenly, not providing documents for employment or employees salary slips etc no paid leaves or sick leave or casual leaves if employe take leave than it is deducted Appart from this no surgery leave employee have to do work from home or hospital where ever he or she is, although the work satisfaction for management department is also zero on behalf of employees like if employe finish it's job or task he have to stay in company for 3 to 5 hours extra Appart from his or her working hours, and satisfaction to employer for his/her employee's work done is remains always zero, I suggest not to do any work for Siddhraj
