Overall, total loss for employees in terms of money as salary for last 3 months not paid, also case has been filed with NCLT. No proper experience as a fresher or experienced person in this company. Now this company has shut down. Please dont join this company.

Overall experience is excellent. But Top Management Professionals have adopted unfair practice in the Organisation.

Dislikes

Top management professional s are bad habits of following unfair practice. After SICAL admitted NCLT , few of the left/retained top management professional s joined the hands of Resolution Professional (RP) & entered some fraudulent activities and took shelter under Subscidiaries by drawing fat Remuneration. These professionals not only done misery & financial ruin to the employees but also cause wide spread losses to bankers , promoters.

Company take caring of each and every employee are very nice 👍 and approch very good for all

Salary is not on time , they can not encourage empoyee after good work same rating for every employee to all time this is one dislike in this company

One of the best companies for me. I ever seen like it and it has given more benefits to employees one of the excellent company. I had been worked 1. 5 years over all experience was great, well cultured. I ever had even single challenges from organization.

All over work experience with sical is good for me, about my teammates all are supporting people. Sical provide good environment to their employee there we have good learning as well as good Carrier growth at sical logistics.
