GF salary Vs. My salary
Me and my gf have been dating for 5 years. Back in 2020, I started my career with a package of ₹5 LPA. Over the years, I’ve reached ₹22 LPA in 2025. She started her journey with ₹3 LPA(2020) and is now earning ₹8 LPA(2025). We’ve been in a live-in relationship for around 2 years, and the idea was to share expenses equally. But, equal sharing never really happened. If we go to a café she likes, especially with friends, I will pay the entire bill. We only split the house rent and grocery bills. I told her lots of time to cut down these costly cafe expenses or earn more money, increase your package, study and work hard, but.....she is now in her comfort zone. Being from a tech background, I have seen people upgrade their skills and package for a good life in metro cities. I am ready to support her in her studies, but she is like I am earning enough for myself.... No, you are not. I love her, but I don't know how to overcome this issue between us. Please suggest!

Constant learning and growth. The team is young, energetic and highly collaborative. Everyone is given the space to explore, take on multiple projects, learn (and also fail) and grow from each of them. Khuze, our CEO is always open to ideas and experimentation. Couldn't have asked for a better boss!

There was a wide opportunity for immense learning and development. One can learn a lot about the Products and Product Management life cycle. Also, there's this weekly product thinking session conducted by the CEO himself which will really help one to attain more knowledge regarding the Products. And, they also conduct an online session called Prodworks every once in a month where they'll bring Chief Product Managers, CEO's from different product companies. It'll be a good interactive session.

There is no work-life balance. All one can think about is work. Sure they'll conduct fun Friday games and more events but no point in conducting those because Management people can't have fun. Only those'll work for the engineering team can gain out of it. You'll be asked to work even on the weekends. They'll not even care if you have an emergency or whatsoever. And there's not even a small appreciation for all the work you do.

Conduct Interview for formalities. Don't believe their fake interviews and waste ur time. Ask random meaningless questions. Hr wont revert with interview results. They want candidates to solve their live problems.

Layoff. They only hires for that current project, and immediately lay off without any prior notice. Managers will show some kind of attitude like Company is running because of them. Less job secure. While speaking itself they shout.
