Typical LALA Company, Starting from MD to HR none have worked outside this organization thus they think they are the best like living in a fool's paradise. No Policy Process in place all family members are Directors whether they are skilled or not. HR department never existed all things run on whimsies and fancies of the MD. They can change your appointment letter after 9 months of joining stating there was a mistake in claims, no proper PF or ESI submission happens total fraud. Striving on bribe & political connections thats all.
