Likes

It's been almost 2 months since I joined here. The environment is super casual and friendly. Awesome office. You can spend time in between works on the phone and no one will interfere. You can get good opportunities in future from here.

Dislikes

There's no annual bonus or special incentives. Alternative Saturdays are working. Wfh is somewhat hectic as they count your productivity hour.

Likes

...ite will make you feel like you are a part of something that is changing future. The amount of attention they pay to detail, and to client experience makes me proud to be a part of this company. Also, cool & supportive bosses gives you more enthusiasm to do more work.

Dislikes

I wish there was a remote working option available for roles that don't need to be on-site at least on saturdays. Also, wish it was 5 working day week.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics.

The work life balance was good as no extra working hours or no office communications during off hours. Pay was also ok but you should negotiate a bit as they will try to squeeze you by giving various excuses.

Dislikes

The higher management does not have a vision for the organization. they are just doing things as they go. Work culture is very bad as a lot of politics and the higher management is actively involved in this and expects a lot of sycophancy from you then only you will get appraised/promoted. A lot of layoffs without explanations happen so no job security and no skill upgradation.
