Babu Culture & Favoritism. No job security. Management are very interested to interfere in your pensional life. Zero professionalism Management. Unrealistic vision.( Feku Master) "Too much kaan ki kancha" Management bahut zayda jhut bolta hai. Immature & inexperienced Management. Zero experience in Construction. Management like PMPC employees.

There is nothing to like about this organisation except the fact that your job searching ability will be enthused a hundred times.

...an increment, no matter how long and how efficiently you serve the organisation. They always find a way to make a deduction from your salary.

... Ill feelings to the sub-ordinate who does not belongs to the owner's community. Poor salary structure. Do politics with the staff. Working environment is not good.
