Moderate work pressure, proper and timely salary disbursement within 4th of every month.

Work culture is worst, hell for senior level, attrition rate is too high. MD uses slangs, abus s, does not know to respect his employees.

Working with Shyam steel has been a great journey so far. Their salary is on time and you get payslips on time. Yearly bonus and calendar holidays.

Well since I have been working for a US market I think we should get the US holidays

Didn't have any concept of promotion, Senior will involve you in unnecessary work, baisedness of management towards senior level manager

The work life balance provided is really commendable. The supervisor never calls after office hours(if not a real emergency). No need to crib about leaves, can be availed easily. Directors are quite down to earth

Dislikes

... employees still work by buttering seniors. Performance management not present..appraisal is done according to salary not on individual performance. Whatever the director says is right
