Good place to learn new skills. They hire a lot of trainee's & intern which becomes easy for the noobs to learn & develop It has a good canteen/cafeteria. The company provides pick & drop facility for all routes (employees can avail) Leave policy is just 👌the inbuilt software serves well to all...in aspect to grace timing, Birthdays and so on. Ambience is good..well kept & maintained.

Dislikes

...in need.. Colleagues will always backstab you, harrass you in all circumstances. Salary scale is worst.. Nobody will safeguard you when you are in danger. In all the environment is completely toxic

... the management. Well structured company maintaining all the statutory norm viz. PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, LWF etc. Good HR policy, Good departmental staff & HOD. Well financial Growth. Good policy of Bonus, Mediclaim, employee social security as per statutory norm. Round the clock OHC & Ambulance Service to the employees in their needs.

Dislikes

Practically there is no power to take decision for implementation of proper HR System & execution of policy. most of the employees of every field is fearing to expose the true fact & problems of working field to the higher management, feeling insecure of job. Some flatters are there surrounding higher management to affect the work culture. Employees are feeling a burden of 12 hours duty in working field.

...t didn't know how to talk to company officer. The management and HR is very bad. Very poor salary and accommodation zero like .

Working with Shyam steel has been a great journey so far. Their salary is on time and you get payslips on time. Yearly bonus and calendar holidays.

Didn't have any concept of promotion, Senior will involve you in unnecessary work, baisedness of management towards senior level manager
