The salary. It's ok to be honest. People change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, it would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile.

It is a really good platform for new comers or fresher candidate and also management take the responsibility for other facilities..

Salary of the company is very poor. lots of politics are there from lower level to upper level.

I wood like to join your company because your company's aim ambitions are perfect and suitable for my working experience and my knowledge best. I also like to join your company for my best experience in induction furnace maintenance and all activities in plant Operator ,maintenance machines

According to me Shyam sel & power ltd is one of the best plant in WB. It's covers many Divisions under one Roof. So lot of opportunities available for Job seekers.

Salary structure Should be improved. The employees who are sacrifice their Time to complete the job during the lunch time also, Management don't think about this.
