According to me Shyam sel & power ltd is one of the best plant in WB. It's covers many Divisions under one Roof. So lot of opportunities available for Job seekers.

Salary structure Should be improved. The employees who are sacrifice their Time to complete the job during the lunch time also, Management don't think about this.

Excellent work environment. Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good,appraisals and fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I have some personal problem. My mother is suffering from cancer. For her treatment my presence is most , I want to leave this job.

Hike of salary is very poor,no hierarchy maintained.No proper appraisal raised in the time of year ending.Illiterates and inhuman are in the management for that it always damage the work environment or ones energy after some year.

The salary. It's ok to be honest. People change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, it would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile.
