Working culture is quite good here. Teammates are nice & supportive. Senior line of people are also supportive & helpful! No bond! Transportation & canteen is available!

Low Compensation & slow growth! Proper assessment of work is not done. There is a very important need for employee's work recognition. The amount you'll earn here as a fresher will be snatched around half from you in the form of transportation fees & canteen expenses! Very high canteen & transportation fees!

The salary. It's ok to be honest. People change jobs to make more money. If I ever left my current job for another job, it would only be because the new employer offered me a substantially higher salary, or I moved too far away from my current job to make it worthwhile.

According to me Shyam sel & power ltd is one of the best plant in WB. It's covers many Divisions under one Roof. So lot of opportunities available for Job seekers.

Salary structure Should be improved. The employees who are sacrifice their Time to complete the job during the lunch time also, Management don't think about this.
