Every month 18 to 20 hrs working but no rest for working hours. No salary hick and no other benifit like medical and travel. Every time change policy and no help colleagues.

... Very pethatic condition of IT team. They are not resolved any issue within TAT. Employee Insurance deduct from employee salary. HR gives same salary to a Fresher and to a 3 year experiance person. When a branch team win a cash price in contest than Higher level person hold the branch amount. In the company Higher authority person gives Good salary increments to only relative employees. And Annual bounce of Credit team members only 10K.
