Nothing to appreciate here. This is the horroundous company I've evee worked in. I've wasted 8 crucial yrs of my life here. The management ia highly egoistic and belives in exploiting their emplyees to utmost extent possible. I would never recommend anyone to be a part in this organization. Rest is upto you.

Demerits: 1) Extremely egoistic & non-cooperating management. 2) One is high politics and another is dirty politics been a part of work cukture here. 3) You will be exploited on every stage where any loophole is found. 4) Nothing to learn here. Never suggest anyone to join here, rest is on you.

The management and the sales head... Very dynamic and prectical person having a rich experience in terms of the manufacturing industry from 0 to 100.. you can't even think how rich experience he have. Prectical in professional life and having lots of stories and example for motivation of the sales employee and each and every department of the organisation... Very dynamic person.

Everyone has own experience but mine was good it is professional company. Mr luv Shriram vision is very clear towards quality products & customer satisfaction.
