Also shriram is excellent to provide salary on fixed date on ending day of the every month & if suppose on ending of the day may get holiday so will get salary before that day . It means company never exceed their salary due date. People can build their great career path in Shriram. Company has great & positive working environment.

This is a good company and the atmosphere is very good, and here I take a great pleasure from the college and as well as my boss, companies security is very good, and enhancing job skills with the help of modern technology. And overall this is a good company..

Dislikes

Compensation is not good for senior employee, and junior employee not to respect senior employee. Which hurt me.. and sometimes they take a delayed decision, which is slow the growth of companies strength.

As a fresher you can work for 2 yrs after that its not a better place for you.....you cann't get development as a experience

All our teammates r friendly manner. Good job security very good support to implement latest technologies but salary is not based on what other companies providing..

The work pressure is high. Not sometimes, many times I worked around above 12 hours. But alternate Saturday off is not ok. Kindly provide all Saturday be off

Work life balance is good.. Not much work pressure.. seniors are supportive and help you throughout the process.. Healthy environment in team.. You will get new things to learn with seniors support and guidance..
