Being part of DCM Shriram Ltd , Shriram Axiall is people oriented.Databank of the company is poor despite the fact it was a pioneer in PVC compounding business. Management is lacking vision & not focussed on long-term business benefits. The company is good for freshers & people having 3-5 years of work experience but after 7-8 you may get overqualified and expensive for the company as you will not get the opportunity to influence any business decision.

Management is lacking vision & not focussed on long-term business benefits.Databank of the company is poor despite the fact it was a pioneer in PVC compounding business.The company is good for freshers & people having 3-5 years of experience, I personally don't recommend this company for smart, aggressive, ambitious person.Another part of the story is you get expensive & overqualified in 3 years (despite of 10% annual increment).
