As a results I got lot of learnings & training. I also like the discipline culture & learning methods their focus for market competitor globally.

Compensation is descent but growth is slow in terms of promotion.the work pressure is high . I have to wok 12-14 hrs in a day. Managers do not value individuals strength not appreciation for the hard work.no support or guidance provide for the improvements projects.No multiskilling for employee.
