Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is ahuge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is abond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On tha job training is not given to new joinees.

The culture is the only good thing here, people are supportive and treat each other like family, one can always find time for taking care of urgent personal matters as the team members are ready to shoulder your responsibilities and give you a breather. This hold true for most departments of the company except Administration, R&D and Supply Chain

.... The appraisal cycle is never on time (currently it is delayed by 20 months) 3. The salary structure revisions are not regular 4. Pay is not at par with market 5. Parts of CTC like medical and LTA are not given after tax deduction at year end if unutilized instead they get dissolved 6. The project execution process is too long and everyone just wants to delay decisions 7. The company has aims in the sky but is running on a shoestring 8. Growth is very slow 9. Learnings opportunities are available but inaccessible 10. There is no innovation 11. There is a huge inertia 12. Due to large employees strength, people don't want to take responsibilities
