You feel like a family here. No politics. Very good culture for working. Very supportive and technical strong senior.

Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.

Likes

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is quite transparent. There's hudge canteen along with Tuck shop for refreshments. Companies policy are good, Appraisal are little bit fair only in staff category but bonus are as per standard.

Dislikes

There's good sufficient salary but career growth is little bit slow, there's good thing that company impart training on every level.

It is company to upskill your talent & education while working. On time salary & job security are best features.

Dislikes

Company is full of experienced people at all levels and is tightly controlled at all levels leaving very less space to innovate and introduce new concepts.
