You feel like a family here. No politics. Very good culture for working. Very supportive and technical strong senior.

Dislikes

Salary is ok but promotions procedure is not good. You don’t get post as per your experience and as compare to other companies. After 12-13 years experience they still don’t give post of even assistant engineer.

Good working environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is quite transparent. There's hudge canteen along with Tuck shop for refreshments. Companies policy are good, Appraisal are little bit fair only in staff category but bonus are as per standard.

There's good sufficient salary but career growth is little bit slow, there's good thing that company impart training on every level.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
