...to the nation etc. All technical peoples are very much talented in their fields. But, Carrier growth is very very poor and salary & allowances are very poor for the highly educated and experienced employees accordingly. Top management peoples are on extension of their jobs from last 8-9 years of retirement year, they are here and their juniors retired on time accordingly so growth of juniors are very poor.

Carrier growth and salary structure is very very poor & week in Shriram institute, nobody likes these things in their job. Top management gives the benefits to the approachable employees or those peoples who have expertise in politics not in their duties in Shriram institute but management likes that type of employees only not the hard worker.

Office politics, favoritism, they hire talent by lying to them, if you are old age( 50+) and scared of progress perfect place for you if you are progressive and workaholic then worst place you can ever be....typical govt job scenario. Ek chote se kam ke liye jab tak char jagah chakkar na lagao tab tak kuch nahi hoga. Retired govt employees ko hire kar rakha hai senior positions pe toh wo govt departments se business la dete warna toh actually market competition mein bhukhe mare ye. Freshers stay away from this or else your learning years will be wasted here and your midlife will be ruined. In simple words if you work in industry then you can work in shriram but if your worked in shriram you can't compete in market.

Plantation and park around the institute. It can be a leading scientific research institute of India.

Dislikes

All departments are occupied by unprofessional with low education level (distance graduate or PhD). They don't allow new employees with good experience and education to implement new thing. They don't want to change as per current scenario. Institute should remove their old employees and hire the peoples from industry to save such a good organization in the country.
