Salary hike differentiate in every person Literally it was un fair salary tooo...my experience 2 years hike percentage 0.2%. This is very shame full to share this you guys(Beside reason ahead: only one reason to decrease my salary non performance) (Shriram thinks 3.5lakhs lowest performance)

The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.
