Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. As a fresher I joined sgi and in less time sgi makes me leader of market, company policy are good and always customer satisfaction is priority. sgi provides timely payout for financial advisers so that he works effectively for sgi and this is good for us..

In sgi salary is very less as compare to other companies. career growth is slow..

Job is not secure they will give u transfer at any time ...especially the appoints managers without the desired qualifications so they will work for a low salary that is also a problem

The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.
