I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language

...r increasing group companies profit. So employees are under tremendous pressure. Salary is very low comparing to Industry standard. They are forcefully making employees buy there LI policies which is high priced.

Working in SGI is not satisfactory as the salary is low compared to others peers in same domain in other peer companies and they will make you work late hours for which no incentives is given, at the same time promotions and appraisal is pathetic. You have to forget about appraisal if your working in this company.

...o not go for the employer if you die hard do not have any offer in your kitty .Moreover ,there are instances of salary kept on Hold .Total lack of professionalism and indifferent work culture.I should rate one out of ten .rest depands on tou guys what to do as we all are matured and 18 plus.
