The company never gives mental stress to there employees. The work culture is good. Apart from the company policy. My boss always taught us the lessons of life. How to deal with professional & personal life. There is no hire & fire policy in the company if you are an hard worker. I also like the re-hire policy of the company.

Dislikes

Compensation is very less & growth is also very slow. There is no internal training programs for the employees. There is too much chaplusi done by some persons of senior members due to which the worth keeping person never uplift by the company.

Company growth is high rate. So job security is very high . Excellent traning and advanced technology

...to stress and imbalance. Difficulty in tracking and obtaining incentives fairly. Salary packages do not align with the amount and quality of work expected.

I have work here for one month and they didn't give me salary after that I have resigned and they threatened me that I have signed bond of 2 years and company will file a case against me and demanding 6 month salary from me the work culture is very bad upper management use bad language

...r increasing group companies profit. So employees are under tremendous pressure. Salary is very low comparing to Industry standard. They are forcefully making employees buy there LI policies which is high priced.

Working in SGI is not satisfactory as the salary is low compared to others peers in same domain in other peer companies and they will make you work late hours for which no incentives is given, at the same time promotions and appraisal is pathetic. You have to forget about appraisal if your working in this company.
