Its a good place for learning for Mechanical Engineers. Not much more work pressure, if you can understand your Boss motive then everything will be alright. Salary/Appraisal is not so good, so learn as you can and move on.

Salary/Appraisal is not good for engineers. Basically its a work place for Diploma or ITI holders not good for Engineers.
