Compensation,benefits are good but In my opinion, need to increase in salary structure.

Company is great.. good name and reputation of company in Belgaum location

...and area manager in Belgaum location 1.they hide many things from employees 2 .salary they will tell something and they provide something els 3 .does not corporate to servay people 4. If any problem occurred then we only have to solve manager will not guide 5. Does not tel any thing about company clearly 6. They don't provide proper documents to the people who had done insurance

Company is very good there is no any complaint. salary comes on 30 of every month but they focus only in life insurance . They tell to new joining employee that we do multiple products but after some time they pressure only for life insurance and leads are not provided . The state operation incharge (SOI) of uttarakhand is very bad . He only give excuse on any work you want to ask or wanted to do him . He is not right person to work there .

Company is very good , but specially in north India (Uttarakhand), I think is not so much good . CEO and STATE HR i interact with them some time, they are very nice and very responsive and i think there is some need of improvement in every where please do as soon as possible

In pandemic situation of COVID-19, company has support all the employees. Biggest thing was no salary deduction
