As a employee from past 4 years company giving me salary 14,500 /- in hand During Month end They Call us for work on Sunday Also Saturday Would be Full Day Working They Give Various Type of work to single employee with less pay

It's my first job, this is my first job experience till date, I hv learnt alot from this company irrespective of all the negativity it made me more stronger than before to face professional challenges.

Work culture, environment, people, hectic, work time, they call us on Sunday as well, less salary, no recognition, promotion and salary increment over here takes alot more time.

Office Environment is good. The Management team is supportive and always there to help juniors. During this pandemic situation, management has taken good decision for there employees Health safety & following every step of safety measures, including daily mass screening , Office sensitisation, No contact seating arrangement & many more things. As per the Govt. guidelines, we have been allotted alternate workings day for our health precautions, for flexible travelling they have arranged Bus for many who don't have own vehicles. They are taking care of there employee's health & setting a new example of new Normal Life. So overall I have good experience with Shriram Transport Finance Company.

Dislikes

Salary structure needs to be improve. As they are giving too less salary & increment to there employee's. As many peoples are well deserved, so i would suggest to give salary depends on knowledge level, not just on education & communication skill.
