...ng such a long time, I received only a ₹3,000 increment in total over 4.5 years. There are neither promotions nor salary increments here; employees are simply exploited. They make us work the entire month, and if we manage to get even one Sunday off, it's considered a big deal.

Only thing to like is that they give salary on time wale nothing.

Even you are back hand employee they ask for insurance sale and if you don't achieve your target then they call you to different city by your own expenses,your salary is 15k and your expenses is 5k as punishment,they will not stop here they ask for GR receipt which is very bad.

Not encouraging environment. Always put pressure on completing targets, Managers scolding employees. No team outing, no stress free environment. They sets high targets. Month end pressure is too high. Collection pressure is also high.

Fraud Management Cheating Agents Customers. Full of family relationship Employees, only They will grow. Remaining how much you work also no recognition. No career. No company support To Sales team at HYDERABAD Region only politics. Consuming Alchohol and will come to Office and Meetings Fraud Management They are looting Company money by claiming fake bills. And will not work. Simply will spoil Employees career. You should not ask and raise question on those things, They will target you and mark Attendance Absent. And will give false report to Management. State Head will come to office by consuming Alchohol and for Meeting Dail. He is close relative of South Head. Fraud guy simply taking salary Sitting at home.

If have you have strong connection only then you will get promoted other wise you have to work on same salary. A branch team leader in my working duration, worked 8 year at 25000 salary only. Just because of management's political nature. Work environment is not good for employees, Work time is not fixed.
