Appraisal are not fair and give no good salary but give festival average bonus every year

Management working is very slow and manager lavel language is very bad.abuse and loose taking. And I m working from 5 year but not grow yet.

... facilities is really good. its a great opportunity to learn more for employees. it's fact that salary structure can't satisfied to me because of i worked for six years although I can't get more than 18 k. But incentive slab is really good. So, thanks for give me an opportunity to wrote about shriram. I love shriram forever and ever.

Dislikes

Employees struggle both of Sales and collection. i managed 200 plus cases in collection and also focus on sales and child loan. So it's very difficult form other competitive companies.

...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. there is no bond in job and we can resign as we applied for it.

Salary and bonus paid on time.

Not encouraging environment. Always put pressure on completing targets, Managers scolding employees. No team outing, no stress free environment. They sets high targets. Month end pressure is too high. Collection pressure is also high.

Nothing i recommend to the youngsters to not join the company.

No work life balance, even Sundays and festivals are working days too. Less salary. Too much of unwanted meetings and meaningless calls from the team leaders and higher othorities. Multitasking is the another headache . Have to work for too many products for single salary and never ask about incentives , they don't provide , they only promise the incentives in interview . Uneducated higher authorities seen in the organization. They even don't know how to talk or support the freshers. After leaving the company they are not provided the realiving letter too it's been 5 months I resigned my job
