Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. This pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10.12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night

...ng such a long time, I received only a ₹3,000 increment in total over 4.5 years. There are neither promotions nor salary increments here; employees are simply exploited. They make us work the entire month, and if we manage to get even one Sunday off, it's considered a big deal.
