A lot of unfair ethics and politics happens, btw I am from Ranchi Region. Your initial career growth depends on your work. Average work-life balance. Senior uses his authoritative power for unfair ethics. On requesting approval for petrol expense when I was assigned my own portfolio and even before the required processing date, BM simply rejected it. That's like an authoritarian.

...e to go for collection alone in unknown places and shows his anger all the time. Salary is very poor according to workload. Learning the things which will no longer be beneficial to me. Work environment is moderate. Work life balance is worst.

The workload is worse. It's too much difficult to handle the pressure of seniors. Salary is not good... Branch manager is very poor behaving person.

...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives

If you join this company as a Management Trainee then after 1 year they will absorve you at any managerial position.

Politics Less educated managers with traditional and narrow mindset Very less pay No proper promotion Long working hrs Sometimes you have to work on Sunday also
