...employment even after stipulated time and constantly extend probationary period. There's no salary hike even if you get promoted to higher job role with substantially more responsibilities. Incentive structure is ridiculous. You've to work on Sundays and holidays during month end if the Branch head orders you to do so. Exit policy is a headache. As you have to compensate the company if you leave without notice period. Experience/relieving letter takes over 90 days to obtain

...ife balance is good, frequent changes in decision create a lot of work pressure. Overall good company but salary structure is very bad.

Teammates are supportive, on the job training get you ready for any type of hand-on work, career growth is very limited, very limited career growth and below-average salary for back office.

Have to perform all works but pay is less as per work pressure. Job security is there.

Salary is very less. But one can earn good incentive if achieves all parameters of incentive scheme as provided by company from time to time.
