If you're a fresher , then you can learn a lot of things there to get experience. You will be familiar with many financial products.

...the wrong thing of senior means you're not respected a senior and blahh blahh. Salary is very low in very designation which leads to low growth career opportunities. HR never asks you about anything neither they help you when you need there help. Many times they don't pick the call. At the end of the month you have to go office even on the sunday too which makes me very annoying.

Bathroom was not good for ladies, dustbin was not available in bathroom.and also water problem for drinking...

...THING! NO JOB SECURITY. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANY KIND OF EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION. THEY JUST HIRE YOU AT FREAKIN LOW SALARIES AND PRESSURISE YOU DO THE JOBS OF OTHER SENIORS OF THE BRANCH AS WELL. THEY ACTUALLY HARASS THEIR EMPLOYEES. AND IF YOU COMPLAINT ABOUT ALL THIS TO THE HR DEPARTMENT THE SENIORS JUST FIRE YOU. WORST EXPERIENCE AND WORST COMPANY ENVIRONMENT.
