...ife balance is good, frequent changes in decision create a lot of work pressure. Overall good company but salary structure is very bad.

Teammates are supportive, on the job training get you ready for any type of hand-on work, career growth is very limited, very limited career growth and below-average salary for back office.

Good working environment and culture. Team mates very supportive. Bonus and leave encashment is also imprrssive.

Salary is very less 7years of experience but still salary we get is 14900/-only. Career growth for back office is very bad, incentive structure is worse. Salary is very less as compared to experience and work load.

Best Working culture, seniors very supportive, friendly, lots of learning, we get a chance to explore ourself, lots of opportunities for learning new things. Equal treatment. Treating as one family.

If you're a fresher , then you can learn a lot of things there to get experience. You will be familiar with many financial products.

...the wrong thing of senior means you're not respected a senior and blahh blahh. Salary is very low in very designation which leads to low growth career opportunities. HR never asks you about anything neither they help you when you need there help. Many times they don't pick the call. At the end of the month you have to go office even on the sunday too which makes me very annoying.
