COMPENSATION IS DECENT,BUT GROWTH IS SLOW.THE WORH PRESSURE IS VERY HIGH.SOMETIMES I HAVE WORK 12-14 HOURS STARAIGHT IN A DAYS AS I HAVE TO ATTEND CLIENT IN THE EVENING AND SOME TIMES LATE INTO THE NIGHT.

...ing There is lots of miscommunication and lies told in induction training aboit company which is totally false when joining salary is too low for management Trainee also there is force fully pressure for target and business if able to do then they forced you to resign even you are in learning phase and probation Basically hire as an Management Trainee but treated as like junior executives
