I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. I also like the employee re hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is heavy, sometimes late into the night. Sometimes late salary,& site allowance which is pain sometimes.

No unwanted pressure from the management. Do your work , company is happy and let you happy. Good working environment. Supportive staffs.

Dislikes

Company is a ISO certified. But whether guidelines are followed or implemented strongly is a dout. Means company has a good system but it should be in practise that is missing. Problem in implementing SOP, lack of training, individual development is barely considered. Growth is slow. Will you be competent enough when you go out is a doubtful question.

It's a great platform to expose our skills and good support from both team and management. There is no pressure from management and work freedom. Guidance and work environment made me to get confidence of doing any work.

Dislikes

As it is private limited company if there is no work order we have to move on to other company. Employees welfare and salery standards little bit low.

Head office staff are very good. Good behavior and treat junior level people with respect.

Dislikes

No holidays even during festivals and need to work for half day or full day during Sundays. No work life balance. Very little to learn. Only pipe laying

This company is good and Average. I love the facts that I am a part of the Team and which team works collectively.

Dislikes

Growth rate is very slow.Sometime I have worked (14-18) hours , but there is no job security.
