IN HR DEPARTMENT NISHA MADAM IS VERY MONEY-ARROGANT. IF YOUR SALARY IS LESS SHE WILL NOT GIVE APPOINTMENT LETTER, SHE WILL NOT GIVE YOU MONTHLY SALARY SLIPS. EVEN IF YOU SERVE THE NOTICE PERIOD MONEY-ARROGANT NISHA MADAM WILL NOT PROVIDE RELIEVING LETTER AND EXPERIENCE LETTER. IN HR DEPARTMENT KHIRTI KHARE MADAM IS GOOD. BUT SHE IS ALSO GET CARRIED AWAY BY BRAIN- WASHING NISHA MADAM VERSION AND GET SPOILED. OWING TO NISHA MADAM HR DEPARTMENT NAME AND SHRIRAM ENTERPRISES NAME GET SPOILED.

Working there in very much pressure for a long period and also they deny that you had pressure they create when you want increment said at the time of joining. They say like ' we don't have any written proof or mail " so plz don't join any company without clear and written statement. It's a need in today's world.

Dislikes

I didn't like anything about Shri Ram . Bcoz the behaviour of boss matters first. And they behave like I am the baffallo who is not cultivating his land.
