No team work here, no promotion, heavy workload, timing issue, salary deduction according to attendance-not relaxation in attendance time, very strict, very bad environment, no growth, arrange vc of 1 -2 hours every Sunday , if no join issue warning letter, head level senior is enjoying and other ground level emp all time on pressure, use abusing language by senior head

Lack of communication between management and ground employees.very old people are in management, salary gap is very high.lack of clarity how to do business.avoid to join this company.

...tick to the company for more than 2 years you are going to lose all your skills. No good salary hikes and no promotions up to 5 years. You must be skilled boot licker to survive in the company. Even the hikes are not that great. If you switch to this company.
