Very good organization, very secure , Time flexibility and supportive organization

Compensation is decent, but growth is show. The work pressure is very high. Sometime, i have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as i have to attend client calls in the evening. and sometimes late into the night.

Job security is best part due to low salary budget.

Lack of communication between management and ground employees.very old people are in management, salary gap is very high.lack of clarity how to do business.avoid to join this company.

Everything like pressure without work, politics, salary, increment, promotion, policies which were not follow by management, seniors and hr etc.

Full of Garbage people. Mindless people following the Megalomanias CEO who is nothing more than a Shopkeeper. Consider this company like a "Lala ki Dukan" and never think about getting a job in this company. All they care about is publishing social media posts, post group images on social media, waste time on useless internal activities and event. They have no focus on the business and then managers shouts at the mid level and executive level employees.

Gender Biased, one will remain in compromising position Expectations of working 24X&, 365 days, no WFH You have to work on leaves as well No performance appraisal pure lala company, no professionalism
