Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence seniors folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is a pain sometimes.

Lack of communication between management and ground employees.very old people are in management, salary gap is very high.lack of clarity how to do business.avoid to join this company.

Everything like pressure without work, politics, salary, increment, promotion, policies which were not follow by management, seniors and hr etc.

Work life balance is good along with the job security which is excellent.

...tick to the company for more than 2 years you are going to lose all your skills. No good salary hikes and no promotions up to 5 years. You must be skilled boot licker to survive in the company. Even the hikes are not that great. If you switch to this company.
