One thing that's good is salary get credited on 30th of every month.

Work load is too high. One will get frustrated in doing all d mailing activities. One has to 100 of email though working as an accounts professional.. Not safe work culture.

Lack of communication between management and ground employees.very old people are in management, salary gap is very high.lack of clarity how to do business.avoid to join this company.

Everything like pressure without work, politics, salary, increment, promotion, policies which were not follow by management, seniors and hr etc.

Work life balance is good along with the job security which is excellent.

...tick to the company for more than 2 years you are going to lose all your skills. No good salary hikes and no promotions up to 5 years. You must be skilled boot licker to survive in the company. Even the hikes are not that great. If you switch to this company.
