It was my first job. I experienced everything well and learned there lot. Training and work environment was very good and co-operative. MD of the company is a very kind person.

At that time salary was cash in hand during monthly meetings. But now a days it is credited in account

No professional approach in the company. Total operations runs by their MAD team which is totally controlled by all under compromising people which may not be graduate also.

Their words has no value among the field people.

Very Egoistic Top Management They don't know how to interview a candidate They used to call candidates at Patna for interview but don't know how to interview. They are asking MUHALLA wise name of Doctors. e.g. if you are appearing for interview for the post of asm/RSM for any HQ and your covering town is x/y/z they will ask... Pls tell me 6 Dr name of x town of 'a' muhalla. Pls tell me name of son in law of such Dr ... They are asking such a nonsence questions. Also they are not reimbursing the fare.

Dislikes

They do not understand the compulsion of any candidate but want to satisfy only their ego. They want to show you that he is very knowledgeable person and person sitting in front of them is nonsense and slacker.
