  • Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Their working culture. The trustees are not having the acuity of administration, so administration is very poor. Subjective opinion of people whom they employ and vengeance. Too much interference, due to lack of knowledge. Herd mentality when judgement or decision is to be taken. They thrive on donations. No job security. Careless attitude and low morals. Too much of politics, and less value towards work. Too much of subordination, it's a servant mindset and not a service mind set.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
