Everything to dislike, as there is no proper work culture. Only buttering and bucketing needed to get survive over there. Few Managers are selfish, egoistic and commission money minded and showoffs infront of the management. Mr. Priyakar is the one best example for all these, who knows everything nicely well played a No.1 drama master infront of the Management. Takes all the credits to his hats. Just do the postman work, and seek attention from the Management that he had completed the work and get the credits... Just bucketing the top level officials, he reached all the way by doing 420 job. Management only needs these kind of people rather than hardworking employees.
