New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

Working time is good.

Dislikes

Very worst organisation I ever seen, HR policy is very bad, no job security or career growth, Organisation kept 1 month salary as security deposit which will be refunded after completion of 2 year, its against the companies Act. I leave the organisation with given 1 month notice period as per Organisation HR Policy, still my salary was hold by HR. The Vice Chair Man of this Organisation is an unprofessional and cheap person, he misbehaves staffs

Staff and students are very caring and friendly in nature. You never feel alone here.

Dislikes

Remuneration as per work is very low and not satisfactory. There is no such kind of job security, anyone can fire at any moment.
