The company kicked out its employees during COVID 19. They don't pay you salary on time and are not at all worried about it. They behave as if they did you a favor by just giving you the job. It is a useless organization with people who are just sitting there doing nothing.

Dislikes

Late payment of salary for months. No proper DA. No proper policies. No learning. No growth. You will waste your time and energy and will not grow at all.

Likes

U will regret working here Only dictatorship attitude. Last moment order for anything. If you ever try to give your 100% for university, here you will become a good clerk instead of a good researcher or teacher.

Dislikes

They did'nt pay salary for many months without any reason. Faculties in the departments where they are not profitable are over burdened. Very bad management, no real academicians in the administration like VC or Registrars, research growth nil.

Only the colleague are reason to work otherwise management/ administration of university is very poor

U will never get full salary in one time, every months salary will come after 3-4 months that too in installment, always you will get less salary with lots of deductions without any reasons

I liked nothing about this place indeed, the management is shaky with no firm policies and so are the facilities.

Dislikes

1) No salary in months and whenever its credited its deducted like 50% of the salary gets credited. 2) There are no firm policies 3) No facility for faculties, buses are over crowded and not in a good condition too. 4) No ventilaton in classrooms even fans don't work.

Likes

Even normal days 6 to 8 months delay in salary. Asking their employees to get personal loans. Work culture is worst. They are utmost lalaji organization. They will not give you your dues even after your getting relieved.

University management is not giving free ship to individuals. Butter malai lagai rahoo.
