Good work life balance. Good learning and technological skill development opportunity as employee. Good and well educated teaching staff.

Dislikes

...b security, no increment for the non-teaching post working as non regular staff. Very less pay as compared to other tech jobs and expects corporate level work. No promotion or increment instead you get demoted without any reason.

i liked there campus,management,placements,students cultural programs,there departments,office working ,security system and more things.

dislike like nothing more, but their is one issue increment about payment.

Poor work culture. Worst institute to work with. No professionalism. Narrow Minded people. Unprofessional behavior of collogues. Most of the ladies staffs are doing this job for time pass purpose. They don't have to do anything with the student's career. Lack of enthusiasm in faculties. The worst person of the college is the principle. Such a shameless person.

It was my first job in RCOEM, I learned alot as a fresher. The work culture was very good, I worked with very experienced people, I was working as a temporary employee over there so their was no job security, they hire people as per requirement.

Dislikes

Less chances to get Pramoted, career growth was not there, I wanted to explore other areas of my interest and my field.
