...his team (College Dean and principal ) don't know how to speak with our juniors. Big amount of your salary cut as a trust fund and don't expect it will return back if you will not left college as management terms and conditions.

Likes

The college provides a strong academic foundation with good faculty who are supportive and knowledgeable in both theory and clinical practice.

Dislikes

One major drawback is that the college of unnao only offers GNM and ANM courses. It would be much better if they introduced B.Sc. Nursing and postgraduate programs (like M.Sc. Nursing), so students could continue their higher studies in the same institution. This would enhance the college's reputation and give students more opportunities for advanced learning without having to shift elsewhere.

Likes

Management has progressive vision of planning the activities and good control over their execution, resulting in fast pace of progress along with adoption of latest technologies. Job security is average and not adverse for anyone who is sincere towards responsibilities.

Dislikes

Everyone is affected by frequently changing priorities of work and involvement in diverse activities. This hampers the focus on main activity, resulting in unsatisfactory outcome of planned activities. Therefore there is underutilization (and sometimes bad utilization) of intellectual resources too.

Likes

relatively better of the private medical colleges. Management respects their commitments.

Dislikes

At the best you are just a manager. They are not at all bothered about your career growth, work- family life balance.
